Cool2Care will organise your education and placement with a family.

As an introductory agency, Cool2Care simply links families and care-workers and charges the family a placement fee. Cool2Care doesn't employ care-workers directly - each care-worker contracts directly with a family, as would a nanny. This means 100% of the salary paid by the family goes to the care-worker.

There is no ongoing fee taken by the agency. Salaries will vary by area and by family, depending on the specific work required. There are modest fees for the education, to be paid by the care-worker.

These fees are set at affordable levels and represent excellent value for money. You will learn new specialised skills and enhance your career prospects.
